Shipping & Returns/Exchange Policies

Shipping Policy 

Our goal is to ship your items within 48 hours of purchase. But since we're a new company and working out all of the logistical kinks, please give us grace and allow four business days for processing. We'll update this policy as we move along and understand, as customers ourselves, that everyone would like their purchases as soon as possible.

We also realize that not offering free shipping is often a customer deterrent. We would like to offer free shipping in the future as we grow.

International Shipping

We are not currently offering international shipping. We hope to open our products up to the international market by the end of the year. We apologize for this, but in an effort to ensure excellent customer service, we're opening in one market at a time. That being said, we are a small shop, personally run, and if you're an international shopper and see something you know you absolutely want, please email me @ AskCaitlin@unbrandedbamboo.com, and I will try to accommodate your request.  

Returns and Exchanges 

While we hope every purchase succeeds and you love your product, we also understand that sometimes we might miss the mark. Please inspect any purchases within seven days of receipt for defects and/or damage. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason beyond manufacturer defects/damage, you can return it for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchasing. All products being returned or exchanged must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, or they might not be accepted for return. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us @ WeLoveToHelp@unbrandedbamboo.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. 

Returns/Exchanges for manufacturer defects will be provided with a pre-paid return label after the customer provides photographs of the defects and we are able to review them. 

Returns/Exchanges for any other reason will not be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label. 

Please understand that as a small shop, we have limited quantities of each of our prints and sizes. We will do our UTMOST to make your order right and exchange an item with the same print/size, but there will be a point when items are out of stock, and store credit or a refund are all we are able to offer. 

 

Order Cancellations and Change requests

If you discover that you need to change an order for any reason or need to cancel an order, please email us ASAP @ WeLoveToHelp@unbrandedbamboo.com. We will try our absolute best to accommodate you. We are also trying our best to get things shipped as quickly as possible, so unfortunately, once an item has left our facility, we can not change or cancel the order. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Sales and Discounts 

At this time, we have no plans to offer sales. In our effort to create a brand of affordable, quality bamboo, we have offered a fantastic initial price without the need for a sale. We are in the works to donate leftover stock at the end of each fiscal year to local women's shelters and NICUs in lieu of doing sales. 

If you have received a discount code through one of our promotions, they will not expire but are also only good for one-time use. We do NOT plan on having a rep platform at this time. 

 

Wholesale 

If you are a boutique shop and are interested in carrying our products for retail please reach out to me at AskCaitlin@unbrandedbamboo.com I would be happy to discuss options with you. 

 

A Personal Request

While we will never censor our customers, we do request, as a small shop, that you contact us first with any questions, concerns or complaints before writing a review on our social media. We will do our absolute best to make sure our customers are satisfied. We will make mistakes, we will also do our best to rectify those mistakes.

Please inspect all items when you receive them BEFORE washing them or wearing them.
